HI Donna,

I haven't had any problems with bleeding gums to speak of. Have you been seeing you dentist for regular cleanings? It maybe something that needs to be attended to by your dentist. I found when I did have a slight problem with that I got one of those sonic tooth brushes that cleans deep and stimulates the gums and the problem went away.
