Guest guest
Boy! You could have written this for me. It's exactly what I'm feeling. I've been the same weight for the past 2 months. I fluctuate between 183-185. I can't seem to go lower. Sometimes I'm okay with where I'm at. I wear a size 10-12 and I look fairly well in clothes (naked is something completely different!) and I don't have to work too hard to be where I'm at. Really though I'd like to weigh 10-15 pounds less so I have a little cushion. I'm almost 10 months out. You've read my mind Robynn and I'm interested to see what others say about this. Guest guest
Interesting, since our surgeries were so close to one another. I wonder if this a normal "lull", because I haven't really lost any weight since mid-January (I was thinking it was December, but I just remembered I lost about 3 lbs. when I was in Europe, and I got back mid-January.) You are right, it's pretty easy to maintain where I am, and i look good...so the temptation is just to stay here. On the other hand, I am technically still a little overweight according to the BMI chart...so, I really should lose a minimum of 7 lbs. to get into the "normal weight" category. I wonder if maintaining the lower weight will require a lot more vigilence? Any seasoned veterans out there deal with this? RobynnTina wrote: Boy! You could have written this for me.
