I am hoping to meet some new people who can help motivate me thru my

weightloss. I am having a difficult time adjusting to the diet and

trying to exercise. I am hoping for some tips on how to control food

cravings and simply loose some weight. I went to a Lifestyle 2

meeting today and discovered I was wrong about a lot the the things I

was doing. But now that I have straighted out the food thing, I want

to get some additional support. I look forward to taking in your

ideas and comments.

I also just purchased a protein shake from Costco and want to know

what is the best way to make it.
