My son has mito complex 1 also I was wondering on the creatine. You said it has increased their muscles and tone. My son is hypotonic too. How much creatine do you give them and what form? If you don't mind me asking

Hi Kim

I bought the creatine and started him on 3 capsules a day. Did it give your girls diarrhea? My son has the dirahea and it is burning his bum. It is the same bottle you got from Weider but my walmart had 120 capsules for 10$.
