Guest guest
Hi Patti thanks for the update, i swore when i had my surgery that they put inside of me some type of biological clock that made me not sleep at night, this was ok when i was still off work but a month out there it was hard. Someone suggested to me to have some small sort of carboydrate before i went to sleep and thats just advice of someone in here and i did try that and it seemed to work, if it really worked or just was in my head i will never know......but eventually that all changed but it was hard for me to sleep at night for a few months............. I ended up buying something called melatonin at the health food store and it worked, i still have the same bottle, my husband told me about it and how he use to use it.......hopefully this is just short term for you. Things sound like they are going great for you i am so happy to hear that Colleenpatti_errn wrote: Hi All-I just thought I would post an update! I am 13 days out and feeling wonderful. I still have yet to experience nausea or vomiting and my energy level is great. However, I am suffering from insomnia at night. I'm not sure what that's about. I am back to the gym and doing my hour of cardio. It's funny to watch my calories out are so much more than calories in I look forward to stage 3, I am suppose to start on Friday. I did try some very loose mashed potatoes and thought I was in heaven!Anyway, I look forward to this journey ahead... I'm sure there will be some road blocks, but in the meantime I am SOOOOO grateful.Pattiorientation - 306 lbssurgery - 267 lbs13days after surgery - 253 lbs Colleen
