Guest guest
there is an apraxiabiomed group on . The moderator was forced to chelate a son with ASD and Lymes and a daughter who was globally apraxic. She is a pharmacist and not someone who thinks everyone must chelate, etc. Very interesting and positive person, not stuck solely on vaccine theory, thinks her kids are a blend of nature and nurture (strong autoimmune and metal history on her side and gut stuff on hubby's side) and has both technical knowledge from being there and hopeful stories of ASD recoveries on diet alone, etc. I believe her apraxic child has over 2 years excreted high amounts of lead and she struggles with dysbiosis. The little girl is 6 and doing well but has a lot more recovery to go. I think you may want to join and talk to her. Her name is Vicky. I believe she has worked with Dr. McCandless but the chelation now is with Usman. There are tests for compatibility with the righ chelator so you kind of need to know and there may be several other options before this step. She found the ASD kid did better on EDTA and the apraxic child did better on DMPS. ASD kid is a boy and Apraxic kid is a girl. One of the many things I learned from her story is the importance of early theraputic help. She did not have access to that. I am fortunate as we had the best Jersey EI could offer (crappy ST notwithstanding) and I lined up NACD and a great prompt therapist upon age out. It is a blessing on top of the rest. > > I was wondering if anyone here has tried EDTA for apraxia and what you > saw. Did it help speech? Did it cause a regression? Thanks. > Michele >
