Lilka I love hearing from you. I think you are doing great, increasing the water and exercise really will help the weight get moving off again. I am starting inside swim aerobics next week. I do my tredmill and eleptical now while the weather is bad, but I can't wait until nice weather also. You still need to exercise even with bad weather and it does make you feel better. I know it does me, even with all that I've been through. You take care. Donna J.Lilka wrote: Hi Donna, It is good to hear from you. I am glad you got my statistics. I am even gladder that Dr. Baggs gave you such praise. He was so down on me when I saw him the first time. It was because I was older. But he said I was younger than my age later and he did a great job on

me. I don't think I will end up with any scars, except the enormous one I have from my gall bladder from 10 years ago with a different doctor. I am plodding along and not losing too much weight. I think it may be because I am not drinking enough and not exercising enough. I think I will go sign up with Curves later today. I am frustrated with the wheather and I can't swim which I love so much. I will do both Cures and swim as soon as I can. I am lurking a lot these days. Not much to say. I love you always, Donna. Right after talking with you, I went and signed up with Curves. I

start on Monday. Tonight I was walking to my car and commenting how

miraculous that I can walk without pain in my hip for the first time

in 10 years. This miracle makes me want to walk and walk. I must do

more of it since it makes me soooo happy. I know you understand.

Lilka I do understand and am so happy you joined Curves, this will help you a lot. Sometimes the exercise it hard to keep it going, but it is a must to get where you need to be and to stay there. Also all the rest is just as important, but people seem to slack on exercise first. Take care. I'm proud that you joined, now make yourself go.
