Guest guest
Hi Cathy, The Case Management Meetings are how they track your progress of your 10 percent weight loss. The meeting are important because by the number of meetings you go to shows also how dedicated you really are to the program. The afternoon session is for the pre-op who have gone through orientation. When you went to orientation I am sure they were mentioned. I know that when I went into the program I signed a commitment paper saying that I was aware that I was to attend the case management meetings and also a certain number of post op meetings also. When you go there and you weigh in and you have reached your goal or are close to it you can let them know and see if you can be put on the cancellation list. I was able to get my surgery 1 months earlier because of the cancellation list. I always found when I went to the meetings that they helped me stayed focused and I seemed to find something to take with me. It was always a learning experience for me.
