I used acouple different ones until the shingles are done.One other question - can you figure out whay is precipitating theoutbreak? It sounds like a cycle and maybe you can figure out what iscausing it. Stress maybe, menstruation? I know it is not an answer butit is all I can think of.Take care.Terri G.
