Guest guest
Some of you have chosen to add "tag lines" to the bottom of your emails. For the most part, these can be humorous-- ie. slidding into the grave with a Yahoo- what a ride! etc. We do ask that you exercise good judgement, and make sure that what you have as your tag line is of support and not judgement of others. Do remember we have the chatroom open 24/7-- and it can be a wonderful place to support each other in not only this disease, but also for those of you who want to share your beliefs and convictions of faith-- there is a special room set up for this. Darlene and I have discussed this issue many times over the years, and we both agree that should these tag lines become offensive and not be pertainent to supporting your journey with sarcoidosis-- that you will be asked to delete these lines. Please use good judgement-- we don't want to have to keep babysitting this issue- and it is only disruptive to the wonderful work that has been done in developing a site where you can learn about your disease-- and have access to articles that you can take to your MD's and share with your families. We strive to answer your medical questions, giving you a sense of empowerment in dealing with the changes we are all facing in living with sarcoidosis. We don't want to have to waste our precious energy-- or your's -- on having to revisit these issues. Sincerely, Tracie NS Co-owner/moderator
