Question about mito kids with GI problems

My daughter Kierra has mito and many gi issues. She is on tpn and

gtube feedings. Every night for almost 2 weeks she has terrible pain

in her stomach. Not like she is going to be sick. A pain she can't

explain. She does well during the day, but nights are just killing

me. She also is dropping weight, in 2 weeks she went from 55.5 to

52.5 and she is almost 10. We have adjusted feedings (40mls) an hour

is all she can tolerate. She doesn't really eat much by mouth. Just

wondering if any of you have had this problem. She does sometimes

have pain in the day, but always at night.

Not really sure, but could it be stress? I notice that I tend to get upset stomachs or headaches more often at night, when I finally calm down from the day.
