Guest guest
When I was on vacation, there was an indoor pool, outdoor pool and jacuzzi. I felt so good swimming mostly in the outdoor (heated) pool. At home, I used to go for AFAP(Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program) - exercise program in a warm pool. It helped my joints too. I had to stop going because it was too expensive. I miss it.
