Guest guest
My daughter Abigail has large red blood cells, but no anemias. I met with the hemotologist last week and after additional blood tests and all negative results (my first time receiving negative results!!, I know you all understand that)the hemotologist advised me of a reasearch school/hospital and asked me to contact her when and if I every found out why her red blood cells were large. I am happy with the negative but worried as usual about the unknow?? If anybody has a similar situation with large red blood cells, please let me know. At this point Abigail (4.5 years) has been diagnosed through labs no biopsy yet. We still have to do a follow up cardiology and EEG. At that point I will fill out my UMFD paperwork to enter the database. Thanks for listening.
