Ciliary immotility a mito thing?

The pediatrician when we met suspects and so does suspect ciliary immotility and or aspiration. I was just wondered if anyone on here has had the biopsy for ciliary immotility and if dx'd what do they do? my sons pulmo said they'ld be on antibiotics indef and like i said now they are thinking of pulling him from school indef . i was just curious if this is a mito thing/ga2 thing
