Guest guest
Does anyone take any special precautions, do anything differently for our children when having dental procedures? My Emma (Complex I, 5 1/2 years old) has to have a filling placed tomorrow, and I don't know any special implications for her with respect to dental work. Any ideas? Experiences to share? Guest guest
before I have ANY dental work done I have to take high doses of antibiotics before and then normal doses for 5 days post procedures..even a cleaning or filling. Also my kids have to take amicar for their bleeding issues....most of all it is important for me to make sure I take in plenty of fluids as I seem to weak post any procedure and it could be from lack of fluids.... hope it helps some....
