I tremendously appreciate the migraine suggestions! I have got to

figure something out with them, as they are more and more frequent and

lasting longer. I will try everything suggested. is supposed

to have an MRI again in about five months and Collin hasn't had one

to check the status of the lesions for a while, so I just don't want

want to do one for myself. I really appreciate you guys taking the

time to post suggestions. Joni
