Guest guest
Hi Joni, With the Imitrex, you take it the minute you feel a migraine begin. The longer you wait to take it, the longer it takes to stop it. Please ask your doctor about taking something. Don't make yourself suffer any longer. Actually, if they are becoming more frequent and lasting longer, then you may want to ask about preventative medication, like Propanolol or Topamax, something like that. I'm going to do that ASAP! I can't take the pain any longer. Good luck! e *Ü* -- Re: Kiristine Question about middle of night migraines. Hey e, I will certainly let you know if I find something that works. I am very thankful for the help from this group, and intend to try every suggestion! They are so painful, and I have a huge pain tolerance. They are getting more and more frequent and lasting so much more longer now. I still have residual from the last one. I don't want to say much to anyone, I don't want to worry the kids or my husband. Does the Imitrex help with yours? Do you have to take that every day or just when one comes on? Thanks, Joni
