Generally iron is packaged in blister packs, since it is a very common source of poisoning in small children. The blister packs tend to be more expensive, in addition to being a pain in the @$$. I do recommend a generic Colace (just the stool softener, NOT with the laxative) as well as added magnesium to keep things, er, moving.
