Guest guest
I want to thank everyone who expressed concern for Craig and prayed for him. Last weekend he looked worse than he has in so long and had a couple of seizures. I took him in to the family doctor on Monday, even though he didn't seem sick at all, and he said he had a slight sinus infection. he started him on antibiotics. He already seemed a little better when we went to the doctor on Monday, so I am not sure if this is just coincidence, but he is doing much better now. It is so reassuring (in a bittersweet way) to read all the posts by other parents who struggle with the unpredictable nature of mito. There are things we can do, but then there are so many times it doesn't seem to have anything to do with anything. It just hits or goes away, willy nilly. How can that be? Could there be any more puzzling disease out there? Thanks so much for all the support. I am praying for all of you who are struggling and grieving. After so many years of feeling so alone in trying to figure out what was wrong with Craig's body, I find it hard to believe that there actually are others out there who understand. And what an unbelievable caring, amazing group of people you are! Thanks again.
