Shoes/Dennis Browne Bar - HELP!

Hello,

This is my first time writing...a bit nervous. Our baby, Chas, was

born with clubbed feet. He has been through a series of 8 casts, heel

cord tendon release and now in the shoes with brace. His feet are so

tiny...they hardly fit in the open toed shoes. They have already come

off once in the the first day. I'm wondering how small they make the

shoes? He has size 00. Also, his heel doesn't seem to hit the bottom

of the shoe sole. Is this a problem? And, shouldn't the shoes be

positioned on an angle?
