TJ!!!! So happy for you! You've come a long way, baby -- in a short period

of time. Ain't life grand? Who woulda thunk we'd be where we are today,

when we were on a different list together a couple years ago? I'm so proud

of you.

6 Months Post-Op Today

| Well, six months ago today I weighed 319.5. I now weigh 234. I still

| have to deal with some things that are surgery related but I would it

| again in a heartbeat! My goal is to get down to at least 150 pounds

| and I have lost 1/2 of my expected total.I am no longer considered MO.

| I'm sure the next 6 months will be much better.
