Ok, at 11:30 (pacific) I took off to the grocery store for my

" weight loss aid " of donuts! I came home, watched my nightly

X-Files and downed 3 of the yummy little buggers.

The results this morning?? Down by 8/10 of a pound! Oh my

gosh. Is it coincidence? I really couldn't tell you, but it's

obvious that eating 3 donuts did not hurt me in the least

because I lost 8/10 of a pound in the last 24 hours by eating

everything I wanted PLUS 3 donuts!

That's insane & amazing. Now whether this is a one time thing

or has BROKEN my plateau, I don't know. I do know this. This

surgery takes everything we ever thought we knew about our

bodies & losing weight and chews it up & spits it out.

From now on I eat what I want when I want (obviously making sure

at the same time to get enough protein, water & vitamin supps)

and trust this surgery to do it's thang.

Now for the bad news... as I came home last night with my donuts,

I pulled into the driveway and cut it too hard to the right (trying

to avoid the garbage can - thurs is garbage day!) and hit my

fence and put a dent in my van. dammit! Oh well, you win some

you lose some. That was my own bad judgement and it'll cost me

$500 (our deductible) to pay for it!

Donuts man, who'd a thunk it? Thanks, Judie!!!!!
