The prednisone is cheap............but the Remicade is expensive and

seems to vary from state to state.............when I tried it last year, each

one of my treatments were nearly $4000.00 each.......thankfully, I had

Insurance, but I was unable to take the Remicade.......only had 3

treatments and had to give it up when I got so ill and then got the

histoplasmosis.........my specialists treating the histo said NO REMICADE

EVER AGAIN for me..............they are great Doctors (saved my life) so I

will abide by their requests.......:-) However, there are others here on the

list who are on Remicade and seem to be doing well...........perhaps they

will chime in and give you some info also..............good luck................
