For those lucky enuf to NOT be lactose intolerant, I have 2 wonderful protein drink recipes: Mocha-Cappucinno In a blender add: 6-8 oz milk 1 portion of VANILLA protein powder 1 TBS INSTANT/DECAF coffee granules 1 TBS cocoa powder (optional, taste good with or without) 1-2 pkgs sweetner 3-4 ice cubes (optional, depends on your thickness tastes) Zap it and enjoy. I do one every morning with my vit/mins. I think its absolutely DEEE-LISH! Dream-sicle Shake prepare frozen OJ concentrate, adding 1 sm.pkg. s/f vanilla pudding.
