A friend of mine (non-wls) is having a real

problem getting appropriate treatment for her

conditions. Is it " member services " that if she

threatens folks with, they're more likely to quit

giving her a ration of grief and start taking her seriously?

I would have them use " Member Services " first. If that doesn't work

use the DMHC (Department of Managed Health Care). That will get

their attention.
