Guest guest
Hi All, I have been waking up in the middle of the night with migraines that are severe and then carry on into the daytime, and hard to get rid of. I do not get them during the day, only at night. I asked our family doc and he strongly suggested an MRI, which I don't want to do if it's not serious as it's more medical debt. I am wondering if they are just tension headaches as I have tightness in my neck, and certainly tension or allergies, and I just wondered if anyone else experiences them at night. They are very painful and hard to get things done the next day, so I am looking for any home remedies to try. The best thing I have taken over the counter is a product called BC powder, a combination of aspirin and caffeine, but that's probably not good long term, and I can't fall back to sleep after all of that caffeine. Thanks, Joni
