Ok, I havent posted this to the group for a while because I feel

like Im whining.

But for two weeks I did basically a protein fast. I only drank

protein shakes during the day and a very lite dinner. I gave up

Starbucks(havent had one since Feb 28). Ive been working out on the

treadmill. Ive been doing everything I feel like Im supposed to. But

Im not losing. In fact Im up to 166 which is a 16 pound regain. I

began trying to eat regular food this week as people were telling me

I was starving myself and thats why I couldnt lose. My diet

consisted of: a protein bar for breakfast(130 cal), coffee with

splenda and half & half, lunch was a cup of spinach with a hard boiled

egg, carrot slices and snap peas with a nonfat 15 cal viniagrette

dressing, dinner 2-3 oz protein and veggies. Mixed in with that was

my water, vits and 2-3 protein shakes. For a total of 1000-1200 cals

a day.

So I emailed what Ive been doing to Dr Fisher, as I felt like I was

working so hard and nothing was happening.

He basically said everything I was doing is wrong. No cheese, No

dairy not even yogurt or half & half, no splenda, no coffee. He also

said not to count calories, that at my height I might not be able to

eat even 800 cals and lose. He said at even 3 yrs out only 2 oz

meals three times a day period. I don't know what to think. I mean I

am barely eating anything!!!!

I feel like such a total failure. Im so depressed. I feel like not

eating at all.
