MY PCP was pretty against it too, but he reluctantly sent me to the

clinical educator who was all for it. Keep trying and if necessary

swithch pcps. Good luck and welcome

Hi there - my PCP wasn't resistant, he just didn't know anything

about WLS. But after I tried everything he suggested he gave me a

referal. I had my surgery 8 weeks ago and haven't had any joint pain

like I did before. I haven't even taken a Tylenol for anything and I

couldn't make through a day without pain somewhere. Be sure to ask

questions and do your research. You'll make the right choice for you.
