Thanks , As soon as you wrote that last night, I let it go and

stopped hankering for more. Thank you so much. I have done enough

work on myself to know that this empty black hole is something in my

soul. Or maybe it is something that I use to block my soul. But over

and over again, I feel that the need for food is real. I am looking

at this very deeply because I feel if I can let go of this black

hole, I will be OK. Gity, the therapist in SSF who I just love,

tells us that we have to befriend it. I am trying. With your help

last night, it just went away. That is why I know it has nothing to

do with hunger. Thanks again, .

Robynn- I am a week out after Lilka and I can't tell you how much I

appreciate your wisdom and love for all of us. I have read and re-

read this note several times. I even copied it to re-read later.

This was JUST what I needed to hear and remember. Thanks again!
