Guest guest
Gordy ! Glad to see your post ! Sorry the newest surgery was harder than the rny. Your body has gone through a lot lately and I am glad you took more time before you return to work. I find it harder to post in here like i use to, i just get busy with life and such and one of the things the old Colleen use to do was to eat while she was on the computer, i am better about that now, but if the temptation arrises i get off the computer ! Good to know you are on the mend ! glad to hear it ! You have been one of those folks along with countless others like , Donna, Robynn, Francisco, Colleen and plenty more. I like staying in touch because it helps keep me focused and the newbies help to remind me where I was and where I'm heading.I posted about two weeks ago that I was having double hernia surgery. I had the hernias repaired and have been on the mend since. This last surgery was actually harder than the bypass. You would think that would be the reverse but not so. Dr. Baggs said I could return to work about a week after the surgery but I decided to take two weeks and I'm glad that I made that decision.I've lost 110# to date and I'm sorta on a plateau right now because I've not been able to follow my normal exercise routine. I just started to get serious about walking again on Tuesday so I know the weight will start to come off once more as I get back to "normal" (whatever that is...LOL). This is a good example for the newbies of just how important exercise is. I'm not worried and I'm not in a hurry because this is all about the life changes and the weight will follow. I'm happy to hear that you are doing well Pam and you are more of an inspiration than you realize.Regards,Gordy> > > > >> > > > > I've read everyone's posts lately about not> > > > loosing weight the way > > > === message truncated ===> > > __________________________________________________>
