I know it does me a world of good - but that doesn't always manage to get my butt out of the house and down there. I love the way I feel after a good workout, but I sometimes need a swift kick to get started. If you don't mind my asking . . . which 24 Hour Fitness do you go to? The one near Bayfair is my "home" gym - I think that it is a really good facility. Yesterday I took my husband there and we used the pool and the hot tub. It wasn't as strenuous a session as I usually do, but that hot water felt great on my achy joints. Hope all is going well with you.
