best bet is ask the pharmacist...

I cant take alot of cold or allergy meds for the same reason, my heart

rate has been clocked at 250 in the past, and I take beta blockers to

keep it lower (i average a resting rate of 90-120 right now, which is

the lowest its ever been) any decongestant will make the heart race,

so their not a good idea, but there ARE cold meds that are ok, you

just have to ask the pharmacist which ones... they will be able to

point you in the right direction...

good luck, hope the cold is a mild one!
