Job Posting: National Capacity Building Assistance Program Director

Exciting opportunity for a high-energy, creative person to manage a national outreach program in community health: The national non-profit organization Migrant Health Promotion, Inc (MHP) seeks a National Program Director to lead a team in assisting federally funded migrant health centers to develop, implement, and evaluate Community Health Worker or Promotora de Salud programs nationwide. Required: Bachelor's degree with Master's a plus; 2-5 years experience in community health field; cultural competency concerning population served; fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English and Spanish; must be able to travel extensively (see full job description and required application materials below). Successful candidate may choose to work out of Saline, Michigan or Weslaco, Texas location.
