To B about medicaid payment

Hi, I had the Dr write a letter to medicaid stating that the

vitamins, Co Q and carnitor were standard protocol of mito DX. I have

federal Blue Cross but also have medicaid as secondary insurance

through Childrens Special Health Care Services. Blue Cross pays first

and then CSHCS pays the rest for her therapy and perscriptions and

mito related dr visits.
