Hi all! I have another question for you. Sophie has slept ALOT

today. Since waking for the first time this a.m. at about 4:30 she

has slept 8 out of the last 11 1/2 hours. She seems to be getting a

cold or something. She is sneezing alot and has a dry cough. I'm

just wondering if sleeping this much warrants a call to her doc or

should I just let her rest so her body can try to deal with the newest

illness that seems to be coming on?

Let her rest. I wouldn't bother the doctor unless there is a high fever

or a fever that last a couple of days.

When would get sick, or run down, he would sleep up to 20

hours a day (he hasnt gotten sick in quite some time, so this hasnt

happened in a while thank goodness!)... I used to get pretty nervous

about it, but ultimately it was just his body getting the rest he

needed, and he woudl bounce back after he recharged...

With Sophies other problems (she has more health issues than B) it

would probably warrant a call to the doc... even just for

reassurance...

Hope the cold is mild!

Hi Meagan,

I am probably the biggest worrier when it comes to . Any time something doesn't seem right I call the doctor they let me know if it is something to worry about. Luckily our doc's put up with me and my over cautiousness. So if you are feeling uneasy you might want to give them a call.

I,m so glad that Sophie enjoyed her birthday! I like cake and ice cream too!

Happy celebration!
