Yes, you have to be a member to attend the convention. So what

happens is that when you sign up and you aren't a member, they add a

certain amount to carry you over through the end of the year. I

can't recall and my reg form was mailed in. But if the base reg fee

was $95, it might be $115 for nonmembers -- which then gives you a

membership through December 2004. So Kathy, you are now officially a

member!
