Guest guest
hey joe!! that is great about the gh working and him being on the charts!!! we started christopher on ght in feb. and he grew 3cm by the end of april but no weight either actually lost some so we have stopped ght as per dr h until we see her at convention and are using the periactin. when dr h saw him in april he was 22lbs and he is now 24lbs 3oz!!! so i hope you will have good results with it as well. good luck!! jodie (nicholas-6 nonrss, christopher-3 rss 24lbs 3oz 34 " periactin, ght genotropin(on hold until july), ADHD (possible), assmentry (left side 1cm), johnathon-11m nonrss)
Guest guest
Way to go Josh and Family, I know that it must be very exciting to be on the charts. Keep up the hard work! Guest guest
Jodie, I'm surprised Dr. H. had stop ght because of lack of weight gain. I never heard of ght having a negative effect on weight gain; in fact, I've always heard that in the long run it HELPS weight gain, by helping them to grow and build muscle mass, which in turn stimulates appetite and hence weight gain. Why not try both the gH and the Periactin at the same time? I think that's what most RSS kids do. - Joe > hey joe!! > that is great about the gh working and him being on the charts!!! > we started christopher on ght in feb. and he grew 3cm by the end of > april but no weight either actually lost some so we have stopped ght > as per dr h until we see her at convention and are using the > periactin. when dr h saw him in april he was 22lbs and he is now > 24lbs 3oz!!! so i hope you will have good results with it as well. > good luck!! > jodie > (nicholas-6 nonrss, christopher-3 rss 24lbs 3oz 34 " periactin, ght > genotropin(on hold until july), ADHD (possible), assmentry (left > side 1cm), johnathon-11m nonrss)
Guest guest
hi joe!! that is what we are going to be doing, both the periactin and the ght, but she wanted his weight to be a little higher before cont. the ght. he grew the 3cm in 1 1/2months and his weight actually dropped a pound. he is very hyper so even though he was eating a lot more after starting the ght, it wasnt enough to maintain his weight while growing in height. so we have up his calories as well. so far it has worked and we should even better results once we restart the ght after ou visit with her in july at convention. jodie > > hey joe!! > > that is great about the gh working and him being on the charts!!! > > we started christopher on ght in feb. and he grew 3cm by the end of > > april but no weight either actually lost some so we have stopped ght > > as per dr h until we see her at convention and are using the > > periactin. when dr h saw him in april he was 22lbs and he is now > > 24lbs 3oz!!! so i hope you will have good results with it as well. > > good luck!! > > jodie > > (nicholas-6 nonrss, christopher-3 rss 24lbs 3oz 34 " periactin, ght > > genotropin(on hold until july), ADHD (possible), assmentry (left > > side 1cm), johnathon-11m nonrss)
