Hi,

I have had the joint pain, at night.

It doesn't keep me awake, unless I'm in a strange place.

When I'm home I can get up and do things to stop the pain.

Its not in your head.

Hi ,

I know I " m not a big poster, but I have the same problem.

I also have joint pain and it's worse 1st thing in the morning. It

seems to subside a little bit over the day but some nights my knees

hurt so bad I limp up the stairs. Also my hips have realy started to

hurt. I do not believe for a nanosecond it's in my head although my

doctor thinks it is. I have had severe neck spasms that have kept me

up at night in the past, so I truley feel for you. I take flax oil

pills and it realy helps, but I still end up limping and in pain. I

have mentioned before on posts that I also get numb hands, when I lay

on my sides (both) and when I drive.

it seems that every week a new " thing " comes up.

AAhhh sorry for the ramble....I do feel

for ya!!!
