Help ~ Question for anyone who's had Orbital Decompression

Hi!!

Okay, I have a quick question for anyone who has had orbital

decompression.

Is itching of the eye part of the recovery process??

My eye itches like crazy and its not allergies because only the eye

that I had decompression on 3 1/2 weeks ago is itchy!!

I have a call into my doc and my next followup appointment is next

tuesday but can anyone tell me if they had itchyness with the healing

process after orbital decompression?

I had bilateral decompression in January of 2002.

I didn't have itching of my " eye. "

however, I did have some slight itching around the incision sites

(outside corners of the eyes) and the lids seemed to be a bit " itchy. "

but of my actual eyeball, the globe, cornea, sclera, etc., no itching
