It looks similar with your figures, but coming under control. the TSH lags other figures (it takes about 6 weeks to stabilize). It sounds to me that you should stay at your current dose for 2 months to see what happens. It looks like your T4-Free is in range but the TSH has yet to react. Wait for several responses to get a consensus of the results.
