Guest guest
That is so weird!!! Out of the gosh, I think it must be at least 20 round trip flights that we have taken in the 3 1/2 years has been on GH, we have never had a problem with the syringes through security at airports. I brace myself each time. I carry her GH, the prescriptions and the syringes and supplies in a refrigerated lunch bag, which has a big piece of paper taped to the front that says " 's Meds and Syringes, Must be Refrigerated. " Very visible. Then when we get to the security booth, I tell the person " I have syringes in here " and hand it to them. They look in and we walk through. I have always wondered why they haven't spent more concern about it - - couldn't I stab someone with a syringe. Guest guest
I called the airlines about syringes regarding my diabetic father-in- law it is official policy that syringes are allowed with prescriptions. Without this clause air travel would be impossible for diabetics and others who need injections on a regular basis.
