Dr. Harbison and Glucose Tolerance Tests - Beth

Hi Beth!

Dr H did want to have an Oral Glucose Tolerance test before he

started GH, but the Endo here was not willing to run one. He did check his

glucose, and insulin levels with a blood test. We still don't have those

results back. Dr H wanted the tests run because we are trying to get B

started on GH.

The Oral Glucose Tolerance test required fasting, and we were worried about

how it would/should be run, as B cannot be fasted. His BSLs drop 30-40

points when he's off feeds for 30 minutes.
