Two things. First, I do not think it is too late to add your son to

the daycare.

Second, I would encourage you to ask MAGIC if there is someone at

the daycare you could call and talk to. MAGIC has a division called

SOD -- septic optic dsyplasia. Some of these children have major

complicated issues, and some are blind. They require special

daycare services, which are met.

If you explained your daughter's issues, you may find that the

daycare can meet your needs. Remember that these are not just high

school kids, it is a professional company. They take intensive

paperwork on your child (you fill it out ahead of time) and all

kinds of stuff.

I can't promise for sure, since I don't know Jillie's issues, but I

know that it may be worth a try, and then your husband could come to

the presentations.

Also, everyone, note that your child is in daycare from about 8:30-

11:30am. Then you pick them up for an hour of lunch, and then you

put them back in daycare from about 12:45 - 4:30pm. So the daycare

folks do NOT feed your child lunch.

If your child needs snacks, etc. they can handle that. They also

are familiar with the multitudes of kids with g-tubes. (many had

them last year).

With any child that has some extra complications, make sure to get

down to the daycare room WELL in advance. If it opens 8-9am, GO AT

8am. Everyone tends to wait until the last minute, and last year

the line was SOOO long and people had to wait about 45 minutes and

then they were late to the presentations. iterally, everyone showed

up to check in their kids at 8:45am.... HA!

Let me know what happens, OK?
