Travel insurance

Hi

Just wondered if anyone else out there has had trouble getting travel

insurance in the past???

Having evrything else ready for our trip to Chicago, we hadnt planned

on being knocked back with travel insurance.

Most companies we approached refused to cover Liam for travel because

of RSS, gtube and his milk allergy. Meaning any problems from pre

existing conditions. Our problem was if Liam picked up a D and V bug

while away, would they not cover because he was more suseptible,

because of RSS. Knowing how expensive medical issues could be in the

States concerned us.

Anyway after a week of trying, we finally found a company willing to

cover him at a cost!

Just wondered if you were all aware.

Hi Jody,

Yes, we had trouble to. Our policy arrived yesterday and we were

denied medical expenses. I don't know why and I haven't got the time

to find out now. (It took MBF 6 weeks to send it to me.)

Have you tried Harvey World Insurance? After hours of desperate

phone calls, I found they would help.
