vitamin question

hi chris.. my daughter has a deficiency in folic acid

so from reading up on it its safe to take 10mg daily

if you are deficient but if you just want to make

sure your not missing out folic acid i would suggest

5mg daily

I think multi-vitamins usually include 400 mcg. for women. Mine does, and

says it's 100% of the RDA. (IIRC pregnant women take up to double.) This

seems like an awful lot.

Thanks for the info on folic acid! Now, anyone know about taking

extra B6 or B12, if it's harmful to us with Graves?
