Guest guest
I am finally going to take my son to have his NIDS bloodwork done next Tuesday (I've been dreading it but I know it has to be done!). Anyways, I have been told by the lab that they will be taking approx. 7 or 8 vials of blood (which the lab and my son's primary doctor confirmed is o.k. to take at one time). I have my emla cream ready to go....! My question is: Is there a certain way I need to make sure the tests are coded in order for the insurance to pay for them? I'd to go through all this and then find out the ins. will not cover them. Any other advise or suggestions that anyone can offer to help me prepare for this bloodwork would be greatly appreciated! Thanks Debbie
