Guest guest
Hi there , I think we have all felt like that at some point or other on here but please know that we all care about you and !! I know that I also don't post enough replies as of late being busy with the end of the school year stuff for Olivia (switching schools) and everything else has made it pretty hectic here. Do you have Yahoo Messenger? I love to chat on there and it's nice to have a real time conversation, my ID is leahdaf2000 , there are other RSS parents who like to chat also. I hope that all is going great with you guys and that the new GH is still working well with no burning. I will have tons of GH questions myself if we ever decide to go that route but for now we're opting not to do it. Can't wait to see you at the convention!!! Guest guest
Hi - I just wanted to let you know that I know how you feel. I often feel the same way because I don't know all of the " lingo " and he doesn't have hypoglocemia (that I know of) or a gtube either. I have been feeling down all week because at our last weight check the doc told us that Isaac's weight gain has slowed down in velocity. Last week he was 1/2 a pound lighter than what he should be. Every check since he has been born has been good so this was the first " bad " one. I cried all the way home from the pediatrician's office because I felt responsible. I kept playing the " ohmygosh " game. Ohmygosh..he is going to end up with a g-tube and ohmygosh..what if he starts loosing weight..All of this is still so new to me and since we don't know anyone else with kids I really don't know what " normal " is. Anyway, I just wanted you to know that I can empathize with your feelings..hang in there! God Bless you and your family! Guest guest
Hey , Don't feel left out. My daughter is mild, and isn't even on GH. Also we are not going to the convention. I can't afford to take the time off from work. So we can stay here and talk about them while they're gone (LOL) Or just share the experience of dealing with mild RSS. Like, what kind of step stool does your child have? Feeling down, Hi all, I don't know if it is just all the talk about the convention but I really feel left out latley!! Guest guest
That was so nice.. we definitley will talk !! I love this group but I am also stressd out with other issues sensory, ocd,odd (he just got kicked out of pre-school(kindercamp TODAY) and daycare when he was 4.UGH He is having to have another hypospadias surgery and well I don't think he is going to want to be back in diapers at 5 !! So I guess it is all differeent some have the gh or feeding which I went through but I just guess it is overwhelming when you don't have anyone to talk to about these other issues! Ha Ha I like that question!! Mine doesn't use a stool anymore, lol he is so wild he climbs and also uses a backscatcher for turning on light switches he is so funny he will climb on the potty and jump up to the sink and just sit on his knees or W position and brushes his teeth and hair!! He is fun to watch and I just take in all the neat ways he comes up with doing things , you got any? Talk to you soon!! > Hey , > Don't feel left out. My daughter is mild, and isn't even on GH.
