I'm really having a difficult time managing my Graves Disease and the stress.

Does anyone know of active support groups in my area?

I'm sorry I'm not familiar with the Bay area but would like to offer

these suggestions: improved diet, yoga, humor; if there are certain

stresses that can be changed or dealt with indulge and invest - for me

this means cleaning help; getting (back?) in touch with any spiritual

base that may be part of your life.
