Guest guest
One of the things I had the opportunity to do at the DAN conference was taste some really delicious GFCF foods. Kinnikinnick's had simply the best GFCF donuts and breads! We currently use Cybros GFCF bread which I thought was not too bad, until I tasted Kinnikinnick's. I honestly could not tell that Kinnikinnick's was gluten and casein free. I brought some home with me and my kids LOVED it! They even carry HOT DOG rolls! The donuts are equally as good too! www.kinnikinnick.com they have over 100 GFCF items in their ALTA line and make GFCF products everyday now. Jay told me they also have a sampler pack so you can get a few products to see what works for your family. Lori from Glutinos at www.glutino.com was also there and they have some really great products too. One of the products is a crispy toast that could be made into stuffing or croutons. They also carry many cookies, bread crumbs, crackers, etc. They had some fantastic chocolate cookies with chocolate filling, also a vanilla cookie with vanilla filling, yummmm! Guest guest
For those avoiding corn, I learned from another list that corn is in the " K " products. I called Cybros on the rice rolls and they do not contain corn Just an FYI! " C.
