Hi Betty,

CoQ10 is thought to be helpful for Graves', by strengthening the immune system

without stimulating it. Some cardiologists are recommending it these days to

benefit the heart (help for migraines was also mentioned).

I discussed the vitamins I take with a clinical nutritionist (to help rebuild

from being hyperthyroid) and she was very positive about the CoQ10. I saw one

recommendation for 75 mg a day.

Unlike the beta blocker, this should make you feel less tired; that's a

rewarding part of supplements like this.
